General sales conditions for France Metropolitan.
-All the photos on the site http: //perso.orange.fr/importsansfrontiere are not contractual and do not engage in any way the corporation "IMPORTS SANS FRONTIERE".
-All exchange of merchandise purchased must be approved and meet the conditions of the following: the returned merchandise must be in its original package and must be not used or damaged in any way.
-The postal charges in any case will not be reimbursed.
-The customer alone is responsible for the choice of size of the mentioned items in his order voucher. "IMPORTS SANS FRONTIERE", is not responsible for errors in size. For questions on the sizes of our merchandise do not hesitate to contact us at: importsansfrontiere@orange.fr
Price:
-All the prices of products, of services and of deliveries are indicated in Euros. These prices are valid everywhere in France and abroad, in the limit of the available stocks.
-The items that we sell are described and presented with the best possible exactness. If despite our taken precautions, errors have occurred we are not held responsible.

Delivery:
-The delivery can be made to the person/residence of your own choice with the proper cost of postal service applied. It must be indicated on the order form with the telephone number were the buyer can be reached.
-Average delays must be observed for the available items: 3 to 10 days. For any orders on articles not stocked on hand please allow for an additional delay period.

-The deliveries will be sent through the France postal service "Colissimo", as early as payment (Paypall or Check) confirmation has been validated.
-The receiver must control the conditions of the package upon reception with the postal service.
-In case of damages noted by the receiver, the receiver must file a complaint with the Postal service in charge of its delivery.
-We fill our orders in the order they arrive and do not send our merchandise through priority mail.
-Credit Cards and Cheques are accepted as ways of payment.
-Delivery cost is paid by the purchaser.
Guarantees:
-The Purchaser is allowed a delay of 7 days to return their merchandise, ask for an exchange or reimbursement.
-The delivery cost will not be reimbursed in any form. The delivery of any exchanged merchandise will be at the cost of the purchaser.
-We do not accept any reimbursement or exchange of merchandise used or damaged in any way. Refer to the cleaning references for each article.
- All returned merchandise will have to be packed in his original packing, clean and undamaged.
-All used merchandise will not be accepted, refuned or exchanged.
-All guarantee requests must be approved by the expertise of the manufacturer.
The product must be used for its designed usage and maintained by its cleaning recommendations.
-For any complaints against 'Import Sans Frontiere", only the court of business and commerce in Montauban can make a final decision on its status.
